Reading the result
Each person gets a row. The dark blocks are their quiet hours, placed on the day you chose in the time zone you chose at the top. The green row is what is left when every quiet block is taken out: the windows when you can ping the whole team without landing in anyone's evening, night or weekend.
Each window is listed in your chosen zone and in every person's own local time, so you can paste it into a message. If there is no window, someone's quiet hours cover the whole overlap; try the next day, or ask whether a shorter quiet span would do.

Questions
Q.01What counts as "safe to ping"?
A stretch of the chosen day when nobody you added is inside their quiet hours, and nobody who marked weekends as quiet is on a Saturday or Sunday in their own time zone.
Q.02Can quiet hours cross midnight?
Yes. Quiet from 22:00 until 07:00 means the evening of one day and the morning of the next. If the start and end are the same time, that person has no quiet hours.
Q.03What about daylight saving time?
Each person’s clock follows the time zone you pick for them, using the time zone rules built into your browser, so a change of clocks on the chosen day shows up in the result. Pick a city zone rather than a fixed offset for that to work.
Q.04Is my team list saved?
The times are worked out by this page in your browser. Your team list is kept in this page’s address after the # sign, which browsers do not send to our server. Copy the link to keep it or share it. Clearing the address or closing the tab without the link loses the list.
